Refund Policy

Billing Terms

• All successful payment will be notified and issued with invoice via email immediately after transaction has been approved.

• All inquiries involving successful orders will be referred by their order / invoice number.

• All successful transactions are considered final and non-refundable unless for cases eligible for returns and refunds.

 


Exchange & Return

• If your item (including final sale items) arrives damaged defected for whatever reason, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

• To request for a replacement, please email us at (support@kinfairybeauty.com ) to report the defect/damage within 14 days of receiving the item.

• Customer will be informed by email or phone number once replacement parcel has been posted out.

• Return shipping is free if you return your product due to defective or incorrect delivery. Otherwise, return shipping fee will be borne by purchaser. 

• We do not accept returns for products which are not broken and correctly delivered. 



Refunds

• The time limit for requesting a refund for a defective item is within 14 days of receiving the item.

•  Refunds will only be processed once we have received your returned product in acceptable condition.

• If this is the case, then we will process your refund within 7 business days of receipt and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 15 days for refunds to reflect on your account.

• We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

• We do not provide refund for items that are wrongly delivered or missing due to incorrect customer and shipping details.
